HGC Engineering was one of the first acoustical consulting firms to standardize the use of CadnaA noise modeling software system preferred by the Ontario Ministry of Environment for large scale acoustical assessments.

We have also pioneered techniques which utilize surface vibration measurements of metal stack walls in order to estimate noise radiated by stacks which previously were too high to allow measurement at the noise source.
